Duusappointed by pick n pay Phillip Nel

I am a disappointed consumer, on 20.06.2023 I went to P'nP Phillip Nel to buy some groceries amongst which I wanted a pine gel. I picked it and on the till I was told that it does not have a price and one of the supervisors came and said it has not been priced although it was on their shelved. I waited for over 45 minutes for them to get the price and they had no price for it. Later the supervisor said they are going to sell it at the manager's discretion price of which the normal one litre is R 43.00 and it was sold at R21.50. The store manager came and did not have the answer as to why it has been on the shelves the whole day without the price as he said they received it on the day. My question is, which price did they use the whole day as it seemed like the supervisor and the mager were not sure about the price and again my worry is was it even the correct price which they charged me.
