DUNCAN IS AN AWFUL MANAGER!!!!!!

Just got home from Pick n Pay Malvern. Duncan is a doos. I would genuinely reconsider his position at Malvern as Store Manager. He treated me and my girlfriend like **** and failed to offer any solution. We wanted to buy a TV, but we don't have a TV license. Your systems were offline so we had to resort to going all the way to a post office. Once we got the license, Pick n Pay Malvern STILL refused to give us the TV based on the fact that they couldn't log it into their system due to it being offline. Why couldn't Duncan just make a copy of her TV license and ID and enter it into the system when it comes online? I am utterly disappointed in how we got treated as customers of Pick n Pay Malvern.
