Dstv payments at Picknpay jus became difficult

Went to Picknpay center walk to pay fo my dstv account registered in my name, I wish I had not what a waste of my time...i was told Its not enough anymore to have a valid reference number for a payment on a multichoice account isn't was sent back jus because I didnt have an ID, its stupid, spoke to the store manager he said same thing, gave me a garbage issue of customers paying wrong accounts, before the payment clears there is a name there, account for Mr X for X amount, took my business to shoprite, this new requirement basically means cant pay for my mother's dstv also really? And they told me to come with a slip of a previous payment, where wil I get it if you said I shldnt pay?
