DROSS TV FROM PICK 'N PAY HYPER

On the 16 July I brought my Blaupunkt TV to Pick n Pay Hyper Ottery for repairs. I was advised that they no longer manufacture these TV's for the past 2 years as they are problematic and have refunded everyone who bought these TV's back.They have advised me that they would have the TV checked out.After 3 weeks with no feedback and after I made numerous calls I received a call from an assistant advising that their Bakkie was hijacked and that I would need to fetch my TV myself and take it to the supplier.The TV was purchased in 2018/2019 and should still be under guarantee, I am appalled by the service that I received from Pick 'n Pay and still have not received any feedback again regarding my TV.My main concern is that they are aware that these TV's are problematic and they have refunded previous customers and I was just unfortunate not to have a problem with my TV at that time so I need answers as to what is now going to happen to my TV as I am not prepared to just throw a R5000 away just like that because they sold DROSS to me!!!
