Dropped called
I called to speak to someone and a gentleman by the name of Ocqa (not sure if I'm spelling his name right) picked up the phone and when I asked to speak to said person he wanted me to disclose who is speaking which I never do when I call there store and when I refused to disclose my name and why I'm calling he dropped the line I tried to call back 3 times until another gentleman picked up the phone and called said person I wished to speak to. This is pathetic service from this individual Ocqa. Not sure how they run a business but it's pathetic. I have never had any issues in the past when calling the store

I received a call from the store today to apologise but not from the said individual that I complained about when I inquired why his not phoning me to apologise I was informed that all complaints come to the customer services manager. My question why is someone else phoning to apologise on behalf of the said individual and not the person my complaint is against this is unexceptable. I will be escalating this matter to your head office.
