Drivers *****ing orders ASAP N1 CITY

Be careful when ordering from Pick N Pay ASAP, especially N1 City, the drivers will ***** your order and claim it's delivered then customer service will claim "the store can't get hold of the driver" it will then take 3-5 working days for a credit to be received still waiting for a call from Zandile at the store almost two hours later

After calling the store Zandile who claims to be the store supervisor for ASAP was extremely rude and arrogant as if I was in the wrong

The order was delivered to an incorrect address

As per pnp message they are sorry, bla bla bla and gave me a reference number but I 100%can confirm no one will contact me

Well we will see and I will let everyone know if I ever receive feedback,

I'm so disappointed in pick n pay I even told my friends yesterday.

Treating customers like nothing

Always full of empty promises

I was even at the grand opening of pnp clothing St Georges mall, was the very first client and was even patient when they were having technical issues, for publicity they tell the cameras the 1st client would be getting something and they took my number, only to get nothing and no call,

I'm so over it all

I rather shop with 60/60 they actually care about their clients
