Drivers at Pick N Pay ASAP are not reliable

I made an order on the Pick N Pay ASAP app and when the driver arrived he said he mistakenly delivered my order to someone else and then said he is going to rush back to the store and get the items I had ordered. The driver however never returned. I called the call center the next day and was told that my driver disappeared with my order and that I would get a refund in 3-7 days, however I still have not received my refund.
