******* drivers and service asap

This asap app is ****ing annoying. First my order was delayed. Then the ****ing driver comes to my complex and cancels my order saying he could not reach me YET I WAS WAITING FOR HIM TO CAĹL ME!!!! Now the store is gonna refund me but I must wait 3 -5 working days for it. What bull**** is this. You ****ED UP WITH YOUR IGNORATE DRIVER. Stupid store doesn't even answer any call. I hate pick n pay. I am paraplegic with a fractured knee. I spent my last money trying to prepare for Easter for my 2 boys, and this is the **** I get for being a loyal customer nevermind the call center agent's generic "I am sorry mam. I will escalate this to the senior departmentand they will reach out to you". WHEN? AFTER EASTER. **** YOU Pick n Pay.
