Driver representing your company caused an accident

Yesterday 22 August 2024 at approximately 14:30 one of your delivery drivers (asap - license plate CAA 530837) drove into my car on Buitengracht St. at the corner of Strand St. Cape Town and then drove off without taking any responsibility for causing the accident. This is *******. I was parked at red light and the motorcycle weaved through the parked cars (which is also *******) but before he could arrive at the front of the queue and park his bike in front of my car (which is what they usually do) the lights turned green and we all drove on. He lost his balance because he could not navigate between the cars while they were moving and he crashed into my car. I braked, shouted at him and he drove off. I followed him down Buitengracht St. as long as I could even changing direction as he tried to avoid traffic by going down side streets until I had to turn off to go home. I could not see his side mirrors therefore he could not see me following him and was completely oblivious to the situation. I did manage to get a photograph of him and the displaced side mirror he caused after I arrived home. I want to know what consequences the driver will face for this behaviour.

Reviewer Update
As per usual I get a superficial, insincere apology and a false promise to address the issue to be followed in several months time by an email claiming the case is closed because the issue has been "resolved"
