Driver did not deliver my package

I'm so angry, confused I used pick n pay ASAP online to order few items today around 17pm. My order was received The problem is on my app is says delivered but I didn't receive my order. I tried reaching out to customer service by calling and also sending emails, till now nothing is done They keep sending me emails saying that my order is delivered but I didn't receive anything. How am I supposed to trust pick n pay online? I'm so angry right now because even pick n pay it seems like they are not going to do anything regarding this matter. I want my order, and they better deal with their delivery guys because clearly those people are *****'s, how am I supposed to trust you guys again? I clearly would not recommend anyone to order using your app because they won't get their package. I repeat , refrain from using pick n pay ASAP online because their drivers are *****ing out things and they say they delivered but they didn't

Refrain from using that I'm so angry because I lost my last money on that groceries that I did not even receive.
