Driver constantly hooting at 3am!

For 2 months now we have been woken up between 03h00 and 04h00 to one of your drivers constantly hooting at the entrance of Kenilworth Centre. He is not stuck in the parking lot, he is only looking for attention. We live just 1 km from the entrance to Kenilworth Centre.

According to the Kenilworth Centre security guards, this has not been the first incident with this driver and he does not stop hooting until the residents in the area are standing by his truck shouting at him (while he is still hooting - he does not stop) to stop. He was heard saying to a the tow truck drivers who had also stopped that he cannot get out but the gate was open and he was perfectly lined up to get out of the parking lot. A tow truck driver then told your drive to move over so that he can drive the truck out of the parking lot, which he did without needing to reverse or adjust the vehicle in any way.
