Drive a extra kilo to avoid Pnp and TCL

I bought a brand new TCL TV from these jokers. After 6 months I returned the TV and they did not honor the 3 year warranty as they said I cracked the screen. It still had the cover on, the Tv was never moved and my kids cant reach it. I did not crack the screen. I did not see a crack even.

I waited 3 weeks without any answer even though they said the TV only takes 3 weeks too repair. I was told after the 3 weeks I need to Pay R5500 to fix a R6999 TV!!!!. I requested my TV back without repairs. They said from day one that the ticket has been Resolved. Its obvious that pnp and tcl are in bed as both their replies has the same phrasing. The Ticket was opened and closed more than 5 times!! Every time I open it they just close it. They do you this to try and frustrate you in just giving up.

My Wife and Family used to do all our shopping at PnP from when I was little. I only buy TCL products for distribution.

NO MORE.!! Ive never made a claim until now and they made it impossible. They made me hate them!! I think the appropriate term is ***** and GReedy

Reed you Warrenty because these pieces of works races through everything just to get a sale.
