Drinks stock level management or lack theirof.
Going away for the week after Easter, we visit PNP Fearie Glen on Saturday 31 March to get some supplies. Of all things, there are no 500ml or 440ml cooldrinks in the shop, to take with in our coolbags. Really, this is a "upmarket PnP", in the 21st century. You would think they have stock level and supply vs demand software to help them? Then my wife noted that we had the same problem last year, same week (Easter time), same time, same problem.
