Drawing money from tills

For a while now me and my fiance have been receiving bad attitude from the till ladies at Brigh****er commons Pick n Pay when requesting to draw money at the till. <br> <br> We usually purchase grocery or items there and then afterwards request to draw money but it is always met with attitude whenever we make the request as if we are giving the ladies at the till a hassle. The incident that really set us off to complain was when one of the till ladies caller her supervisor to assist in drawing money and we overheard the supervisor saying \Why are they drawing money so late"of course she said it in Zulu. We decided to tell the till lady to just forget it because we don't want to feel like we are inconveniencing them for drawing money since they don't seem to enjoy offering this service.<br> <br> Since when is there a time limit on drawing money at the till?? Also why is the service offered if the ladies at the till don't enjoy offering it. <br> <br> Please can this specific branch of Pick n Pay address the staff that all services they render should be rendered with professionalism instead of making clients feel awkward about shopping at Pick n Pay!"""
