DRAWING MONEY FROM THYME BANK ACCOUNT AT PICK N PAY

I am not happy with Pick n Pay Keywest the grocery store one every time I go there to draw money from my thyme bank account they cashiers claims they have no money now I have to go and use other banks ATM which costs me money I feel this is not fair to clients because Pick n Pay has partners with thyme bank that we may transact at their store but cashiers make you feel like they doing you a favor yesterday I was told to go que and they que was long all of us waiting for some client to come in a pay cash and just maybe one will get the money and when I ask for how long must I que cashier said she does not know meaning I could be standing there the whole day just to draw R300 - can management please sort this matter as we have now begin Christmas time the thing is it is my salary that has gone into tyme bank not that I a borrowing it
