Drawing Cash at Tills is like asking for the world.

Hi Pnp your cashiers really need a smack upside the head. We have four Pnp’s in our area. Cape Gate, Pinehurst, Durbanville and Graanendal. The cashiers have such attitudes when you want to draw money at the till even just R200. They ALWAYS have a huge attitude about it and say straight up they don’t have. Without even checking. Then just look at you like you have a sickness.

Today at Graanendal My Mother got such look when she asked to draw money and so we asked for the Supervisor who gave us the same attitude. Really Pick n Pay your customers are getting sick of this.

There is always an issue with drawing money. Is it because they have to fill out something to do it? What’s the problem? They treat you like you’ve just asked for the world and frankly we are sick of it. Please do something about it we are tired of being treated like dog poo by your cashiers.

We ended up drawing money at Checkers without the slightest of problems. What is it about your staff and drawing cash? They are to put it very bluntly full of ****.
