Douglasdale Pick n Pay 's disgrace

Douglasdale Pick n Pay in my opinion... In two weeks they "stole" twice from me. On the first visit... tomatoes marked at R18.99... promotion = buy two and get R10 off. No problem, they just charged R23.99 each then give R10 off. When queried, the "manager" simply points at the slip and says " you got R10 off". Today... CAPPY fruit juice... assorted flavours... buy 2 for R34. When I reached home I saw that I was charged R26.99 each for the two. When I called the store, I was told by the " manager " that I was wrong because the promotion didn't apply to all flavours. I bet if I ***** from them they will want to prosecute. Besides... the rude couldn't care less management has no idea about the art of retail or how to treat a customer. I rate this store one of the worst in the country.
