Bought some Hot Cross Buns at Pick n Pay Strand Street, Cape Town CBD on 01/04/2021 at 14:15 (have the receipt in front of me currently). Went back to office

Low and behold the 3 packs of hot cross buns I brought was so doughy in the middle i only recently got back to work to utter my dismay -now I work in Woodstock about 30 minutes from Pick N Pay and I refuse to go back to the store to advise the manager of this as if calling doesn't help (only a beep after making your selection) then paying R75-00 for Uber to get to the store is certainly not going to help what do i do in this regard
