double trouble
on the 5th of November (Thursday) i went to PnP to buy stuff . when i went to pay the amount came to round about R 174. So i asked the cashier to make it a round number (R1000) and then just give me the diff in cash. She did this and i must add she was very friendly as well. when i went to a diff store purchasing some goods(7th) and wanting to pay my bank said declined. I knew there had to be money in,(so i took the cash i had on me for my water and lights account) seeing as it was late on a Saturday afternoon i had to wait until Monday the 9th of November to go to my bank. I got there and after some investigation they noticed that PnP has indeed double deducted my bank?? I immediately went to PnP and the lady there was very helpful and said that the money should be in my account the following day...it is now the 12th of November and still the money is not reflecting as available in my bank. That is my water and lights money, so due to this happening i still cant withdraw the money to go and pay my account. This is really ridiculous..i would like to know what is going to happen now?? Compensation perhaps and my money?????? i live in a town where every cent has to be turned around
