Double the difference is not working....

Firstly I was quite shocked at how many price tags were missing from the shelves - I bought 1Kg Cerebos Salt - no shelf price... the entire range of KerryGold butters (spreads/tubs/bricks) had no shelf prices either, and many more...<br> We bought a packet of Eskort Rindless Back Bacon 200gram barcode ***, shelf price R21.00, at the till the amount rung up to R28.99. I informed the cashier and the barcode on the shelf price talker was checked. I informed the cashier, Nkekolo Makweya about Double the Difference, which she acknowledged. The supervisor Joanna came, didn't greet us, only spoke to the cashier. I did understood the conversation and the supervisor refused to implement the double the difference, only changing the price to R21. I complained and another supervisor came, who was very friendly and helpful. However, it was a battle to perform this transaction as they battled to calculate this double the difference. I informed them that the difference is R7.99 times 2=R15.98, so I would have to pay R5.02 for the product but was charged R6.02.Not first time
