Double standards and bad attitude

Don't even want to give a star! I bought 2 lucozades for my mom. My elderly parents 86 and 83 respectively was waiting for me, both with ill health. Nowhere to sit. I went to the counter where cigarettes are sold. This counter proviided me with a view on my parents. In front of me was a staff member with a sherbit load of goods in her trolley. It took like forever for the cashier to complete the transactions because they were chatting merrily. I enquired if this was not a speed till as I was worried for my patents having to stand for long periods of time. I was told that this is a staff till and she may pay and that thete was no one in her sevtion. Not my fault or of concern to me! She saw I only had 2 items. I asked her to please hurry up. I was told to use the express till which I did, when I was done, she was still busy with the staff member. I feel this is unacceptable behaviour as on a previously occasion I was told at the same pay point I may not use it to pay for items there. Double standards as other Pick 'n Pays allowed it. Then it was reversed and you may now use this paypoint for small quantities, but I am furious with her attitude and her behaviour. She was just in my opinion plsin being spiteful. What happened to the customer always being right. Do not feel like supporting that branch anymore!
