Double payment not being reversed by store

I went shopping at Pick n Pay and paid using a debit card. The payment amount for the shopping went off my account twice. I spoke to Nomusa Radebe about this and she advised that I needed to send my bank statement which was sent on 26th September 2017 in the morning.Later that day she advised that I needed to send my card number which I also sent to her the next day in morning 27th September 2017. I called the store with no answer for the entire day on the 27th of September. I then went to the store in evening to find out how far she was with the request. Nomusa Radebe told me that she had not looked at query as she was busy the entire day , she would attend to it tomorrow morning. I advised that I needed the money and she told me that it was just R 1600 and she would sort it out tomorrow. I suggested that she gave cash from the store and advised that she couldn't do that as the money(My money) was not with Pick n Pay but rather with the bank. I then asked if i should go to the bank to sort this out and she advised that no one could assist me but her and she was going to call Trevor and finance team tomorrow morning. Maropeng Pako who is the store manager joined the conversion and also told me the stories I had heard from Nomusa about them being too busy to attend to query. I felt that my concern and query was being ignored and considered irrelevant as they kept emphasizing that it was just R1600. I am very disappointed and frustrated by this because I can see that I will not be helped at the Greenstone Store.
