Double Debit from Debit Card

On Saturday 12 March 2016 I bought items to the value of R574.78. I swiped the amount with my debit card, which at first was declined and swiped again that went through.<br> <br> When checking my bank statement toda again, the amount was debited twice from my bank account.<br> <br> I have sent an email to the branch on Saturday to [Email Removed] - which they didn't even bother to respond to.<br> <br> Please ensure that this problem is sorted out as soon as possible
