Double debit for online order

I ordered some groceries from PICK N PAY ASAP on the 29th of August, they double debited my account. I sent emails and reached out on their social media accounts, I was told to wait 3-5 days for a refund. After five days I let them know I haven't received anything, they apologize and guarantee me it will be in within 48 hours, guess what? I'm still waiting. I feel ****med, this money is meant for my children. 2 days ago I order again , some of the items I ordered were out of stock, but I was charged for those items. I'm tired, I feel defeated, PICK N PAY IS THE PITS!!!
