Double Debit

On Sunday 1 November 2015 at 11h57 I paid my DSTV account at Piick n Pay for R395.00. The amount declined on the speedpoint yet was debited off my account (i got an In contact FNB notification immediately). I showed the Cashier that the amount went off my account and she insisted that we re-do the transaction and the 1st amount will be reversed back into my account within minutes. I was skeptical yet i took her advise and again i got another notification that the account was debited with another R395.00 amount again i showed her the 2 debits including the balance. She then has the cheek to tell to go home and tomorrow i must bring my bank statement if the money is not reversed. I explained to her that I need the money and I work in bryanston and have no time to go to the Bank during the week and more over drive all the way to Maponya to bring a bank statement even though it was clear that i have been double debited. She just ignored me and assisted the next client. I felt so humiliated and wronged with the type of service i received. I need my money back and I cant wait till the weekend when i find time to go to the Banks and back to Maponya Mall Pick n pay!!!
