Double charged no refund

I purchased some groceries on 27 Sep. I only checked the slip when I got home and noticed that I was charged for two packs of toilet rolls (18 snow soft) when I only took one pack. I called on thw 28th and spoke to UrsuLa from the table view branch. I was told to come in. I went on thw 29th, however I was treates like i was a ********. When I got there one of the ladies behind thw counter helped, she took my till slip and disappeared. Then she said security is looking into it????? I waited and no response. Then I'm told they still busy with it. I eventually walked out. They didnt not bother to give an update od give my till slip back. Is this hiw pick and pay make their money. Double charge. Make you wait with no feedback that you eventually walk away. No apology. It might seem like little money. Add it all up. It's not O little
