Double charged

Went to buy and the cashier double charged me . Went back to complain they said it’s not possible as the receipt shows 4 item while I claim I only took 3 products. I bought 3 items . They told me they have to check the camera to verify that’s I’m not lying .. what ****ed me off is the way they handled this situation I will not leave my place and come lie about something that is R35 to be honest either they were thinking I’m going leave and go but I ddnt and the attitude I received is bitter ….
