Double charged

I’ve sent 5 emails and called and left a voicemail but no one has gotten back to me regarding a order I made on Monday. I was charged twice for a order. After noticing that I was i charged twice,I sent an email and called your call centre only to be told to leave a voice message. I received my order only to receive the same order again 3-4 hours later. I have 5 different ticket numbers and no one has gotten in contact with me to assist me. The second delivery is still sealed waiting to be collected and I’d like a refund of R330.95.
