Double charged
I have purchased at the pick n pay liquor store in n1city Goodwood with my smartshopper the credit cards the transaction declined coz it was offline and i have tried it twice with no success and I used my bankcard to pay for it and it went through I did a follow up the next day as I have received an SMS to say that the transaction went through twice on my account so I called the number in the sms to report the matter i spoke to khanyiso at the RCS group that's dealing with pick n pay credit and yes I have e-mailed it to them with no response and I have done it on Friday and no luck
