Double Charge on Groceries

I went to Pick 'n Pay Family Die Meent on the 2nd July 2016 at around 15:46. I bought grocerries for an amount of R147.10 and I used my bank card to pay for them. About a minute or two a message came back on the Speedpoint device that the payment has been declined. I therefore payed with cash since there seemed to be probhlem with the devices. Later on I received and sms from the bank that R147.10 was deducted from my account. I went to the store Monday the 4th July 2016 and I was informed I must wait for seven days to get a refund however I must provide them my bank statement. I asked them on whose charge will the statement come from, I was told by the Manager that it will be on my charge since they had nothing to do with the over charge. I am so disgusted with Pick 'n Pay.
