I have now been trying to get a hold of anyone at Pick n pay head office since Monday. Our company wants to buy vouchers to the value of over R100,000.00 for our staff as a gratuity. We are literally begging to give you our money, but everytime I phone the customer care line (***) they say that the regional manager for Gauteng will phone me. This is really urgent, and should I not get a phone call by COB today, I will go and buy from your competitors.
