I have NEVER had a good experience with PnP asap app!!!

Their new app is a bigger mess than the previous one. Save your time and blood pressure and rather support CHECKERS!!! Their IT people know how to do things.

My order yesterday was incomplete (out of stock items) which resulted in a much lower total. 30 hours later, the "immediate and automatic" adjustment has not been made on my bank account! My repeated emails to the helpline and calls to their call centre had ZERO effect.

In the meanwhile, I really need the item they could not provide and now they are holding my money ransom so that I cannot buy from Checkers!!!!

This happens every time and is no exception! My long weekend spoiled due to your incompetence!

FIRE YOUR WHOLE FKN IT TEAM! They have never, and will never be capable of rendering anything resembling client service!!!
