DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY

What a waste of my time. I blame myself for giving them a try again. Pick n Pay “ASAP” is undoubtedly THE WORST delivery app. Every single experience I’ve had with it has either ended with a cancellation or a very long wait time. I ordered my groceries today at 16:00 with ah estimated delivery of 18:30-19:00. I am writing this review at 20:54 and I still have not received my order. My family and I had to make other plans for dinner tonight because yet again , Pick n Pay “ASAP” could not deliver my groceries AT ALL. I tried calling the store directly but they did not pick up. The ASAP customer care line promised me delivery by 20:00 and they have now closed the line so I cannot call them for an update.
