Don't use this service, you'll be sorry!

I ordered 6 bottles of Spier Chardonnay Pinot Noir (on special). The item was out of stock and I was asked to select a substitute. I selected Boschendal (almost double the price), however was unable to change the number of items. I wanted ONE and got SIX. I immediately contacted their support, I wanted to cancel my order. They responded when I received my order telling me to contact support. I have since logged about 6 tickets. It's 5 days after my order, you are unable to phone them and have it sorted with a real person and no one responds to the support tickets. They request a refund to be logged within 7 days of the order placed, however if no one responds to it then their t's & c's cover them from upholding their end of the service. This is a dishonest company, I don't recommend using them. This was a very expensive lesson I learnt. I hope no one else suffers like this. This is theft!
