DON'T USE THE NEW PNP ASAP APP!

I will not recommend the new PnP ASAP! app. They have implemented a new process where they take a "buffer amount" from your bank account to cover any price difference, etc. I purchased a small order, coffee, spice and butter, no weight difference on price applicable here(I understand this process if you purchase meat in kg weight) , from them on Sunday, it is Tuesday today. I emailed them on Sunday, Monday and today to inform them that I didn't receive the "buffer amount" back. It's not a big amount (R140) I phoned them this morning, told them that I haven't received any response from them via email, only to be told that the "buffer amount" will only be returned via my bank between 3-5 business days. Now, if you have to purchase on a regular basis from this app, imagine how much of these "buffer amounts" will accumulate. Absolutely ridiculous! I'll rather stick with 60/60!
