Don't use Pick n Pay for online delivery service 00

Placed an online order with pick n pay scheduled for delivery for 1 April. On 31 March a deduction was made from my credit card. The amount was higher than order placed but assumed perhaps there were some substitutes. 1 April no delivery, no answer to emails or phone call's over next 2 days. Finally delivery arrived. 4 items were missing but still charged for on the invoice. Raised this to drivers who said they would return next day, they are yet to arrive and still no luck reaching pick and pay by phone or getting replies to emails.

The payment deducted is higher than my invoice came to and higher still because items were missing from my order.

I have emailed the pick and pay online mail, called online shopping without avail.

My delivery store came from Mulbarton Pick and Pick. I got through to them once and was told to speak to Roak and a message was taken to call me back, I am still waiting. Since then, no answer to any of my multiple phone calls and all thier voice messagw boxes are full, so I can not even leave a message.

I understand this is lockdown, and I am appriciate that our stores are still operating and working to support SA during this time, what I don't appriciate is pick n pay taking more money off my card than I authorised. They found the time still to run the transaction to get payment but not to sort out any discrepancies around the payment they deducted.

After telling friends that Pick and Pay are delivering during lockdown, after this experience I think it's best to stick to Woolworths who are tried and tested in the area of home deliveries for many years now.

Hopefully in the coming days pick and pay will actually refund me the money they over deducted and for the items they did not deliver but still listed on my invoice and delivery note. I still await any form of contact from pick and pay.
