Don't use pick n pay asap
I placed an order with pick n pay asap on the 25th of December. I really needed it for Christmas day but they brought me the wrong order. I immediately emailed them and followed the online instructions to get help or any sort of refund. After 15 emails and 5 phone calls. Mistakes made on their side. I have had no help or refund and it's the 11th of January 2026.This is not the first time either.
