Don’t use Pick n Pay ASAP

I ordered on the ASAP app on 26th February. The driver arrived at my gate. I was outside and waved, then went in to get my mask. Diver drove away. I called the driver and asked him to return. He said no. He said he had to return items to the store. I logged a complaint immediately. I’ve called the call center, lodged complaints every day via email and the app. The complaint goes round in circles and no one gets back to me. I buy from 60/60 checkers all the time with no such problems. Please Pick n Pay, I need my refund for R404
