Don't use asap

Pick n pay asap is a waste of time. Please do not use this service. This is my second issue in 2 weeks. I ordered bread the first time and the loaf came flattened with a torn packet. Well done for refunding me so I used the app today. I placed an order at 11:18. Someone else's order was received, after a few phone calls I was told people are working from home and not handling my query. Afer escalting the query, at 15:30 the incorrct order was collected. 6 and half hours later no order or money. No one can tell me what is going on. Please use sixty 60. Way better service and when the money goes out of your account you receive your goods.
