DONT US PICK N PAY ASAP

Don’t use this service they apparently delivered to me at 9:06 I called the call center immediately told them it had arrived reg no. *** almost two hours later heard nothing called Back asked for Refund at 10:45 opened tickets *** and ***…no refund no communication just stole over R800 from. I want a refund cause the frozen food will not be frozen anymore. They can’t even reach their own driver he doesn’t answer his cellphone so how am I stick with the bill OH and I had detailed delivery notes…people who ***** will have it come back ten fold And somehow I am the bad person
