DONT TRUST THE PICKNPAY ASAP - if order is out of stock, you do not get your money back!

On Sunday 23rd , i placed an order with the Pick n pay ASAP services, to which my order was selected and accepted by the store.

After waiting for an hour i received notification that one of the items was out of stock and that i would be refunded. It has sense been 5 days and still no refund. I received a msg stating that my ticket was closed as i had inquired.....

Yes for now the amount is a small amount, nevertheless its still an amount, what happens next time should the amount be bigger? i am confused.... i didnt think id get such a bad service from Pick n Pay....
