Don't take my hard earned money

Not only did I receive ice-cream in a disgusting state of being defrosted many times but it was inedible. Also paid for an item that was not delivered. Bottles promised to refund me numerous times but nothing received for a month now. This service is totally unacceptable. Don't take my hard earned money Pick and Pay!!!!!!!
