Don't Shop at PNP Festival Mall Kempton Park

I went to Pnp festival mall and I wanted to withdraw R550 and a cashier by the name of Jabulile told that she doesn't have it I should check with other cashiers.

I then asked why doesn't she call someone who can assist me instead of me going from one till to the other with no luck? She then told me to stand aside because she wanted to help the next customer. When i asked if she called someone she said that she did .

I waited as she assisted the next customer. Then when she was about to help the second customer i asked where the person she called was, she then said that the person is coming.

I got impatient as I was waiting for over a minute, I asked her (the cashier) where the manager was, she rep**** with attitude "somewhere in the store".

I have to been to other PNP branches where a cashier actually waits for the supervisor to come assist you if they don't have money. I was so surprised how Jabulile treated me, next time i would rather go to Checkers for better service. Yes i may be one customer lost but if this is how cashiers treat customers then you are losing one too many and i would encourage people not to go to PNP Festival Mall as they are treated like ****.
