Dont renew your license disk with pick n pay

I decided to renew my license disk via Pick n Pay and that was the worst mistake ever! I sent my docs and made payments on the 25th October 2022 and was supposed to receive my license disk by the 08th November 2022. Since then I had no contact or communication from them and had to log a ticket. when I did, they tell me to contact them on WhatsApp. When I did that they tell me that they're still waiting and this Monday 14/11 they tell me they'll receive it from the traffic department and post it to me the following day. Now today Wednesday 16/11 they tell me it was sent to the post office and declined. then now they have to send to traffic department, which they told me was already done before. This whole process has been frustrating as these people are not even communicating
