Don't Renew you licence disc with PnP or Claims Expert Pty(Ltd)

Sometimes when you see company offer a service, you are assume they will render that service, I paid PnP R810.13 to renew my licence disc in January now we are approaching March and I still don't have my licence disc they have ignore all my emails requesting for a refund. and from the looks of it, I'm out of pocket for that amount because they are ignoring me completely.
