Don't Pick Pick n Pay

Pick n Pay Partnered with Aramex - promised next day delivery of Aramex Parcels. I sent a parcel on 12/12/2020 - Today is 22/12/2020 - parcel still has not been delivered.When phoning Aramex, I am getting NO FEEDBACK at all. They are telling me that my parcel that was supposed to go to Heidelberg MP is in the undeliverable bin for Cape Town!Now how the fffff is this happening? All the details were completed clearly with a correct postal code and both telnrs of the sender and receiver was completed!!!!!! PLEASE SORT THIS K.K OUT!
