Dont offer cash services if you are not prepared

I went to this cashier and asked for R100 cash please. She sat back in her chair and rep**** sorry i dont have any cash you will have to go to another cashier. Ok, she clearly does not know me. I will not go to another cashier. If you offer cash services then be prepared. If you dont ahve cash how is that my problem and secondly what are you going to do, not give anyone cash until such time you accumulate some? A clever person would put up their hand and call the till controller. Not her, oh no, all she could say was please go to the next cashier. Pray tell, what if the next cashier did not have cash either - ag no please man, gather your itellect and use it please. This is not the first time i have had this problem with this particualr branch and in fact i have to gear myself up when i know i have to go there.
