Don't offer a service if u don't know how to do it properly.

I started using the Pick n Pay delivery service for my monthly groceries. 1) Service from the drivers is perthitic - they started opening my crates without me being there as yet - now I need to check each line item to make sure nothing was taken? 2) The drivers put my food packets on the floor when unpacking the crates (After the photo was taken)- I respect food, that is not the way I handle the food - people should treat it with respect! 3) The chocolates bought all came melted - if it's hot pack in a cooler.

Its ridiculous when u offer service and u can't do a good job, if u not going to do it right, stop the service, I will come back to the shop and do my monthly.

U can't say you are busy, they get more people. It's not like u not making money.

I am disgusted ...
