Don't movitate me to give you a negative rating. You literally snatched defeat from the jaws of victory

I had some items in my basket online... PnP sent me an email 11 hrs ago with a discount code giving me R50 off if I complete my purchase. This motivated me to do just that, except when I tried to use the code it said "voucher has expired". One of 2 things is happening here... 1) a marketing FAIL 2) trickery to get me back to the cart without actually having intended to give me the discount 3) System issues... None of these make PnP look good. Pnp... You weren't going to get any negative reviews from me today... I was minding my business when you sent this and annoyed me.
