Dont know who can assist. Lets pass the buck....
i spent 12 minutes on the line with customer care trying to reset my online login details but I got transferred to every department spoke to 7 different people. Seems like no one knows who is supposed to assist. ASAP? ONLINE ? IT? CLOTHING ? ??????
Absolutely frustrating.
